One of many builds for our second time clients who have built a new family home on a battle-axe site in the heat of Sydney. Surrounded by many neighbours, the home is private and connected to nature.
The brief
The brief for this project was to create a four bedroom, three bathroom, multiple living room, home office, grand kitchen and dining space that is connected to a north facing aspect with an covered outdoor space and swimming pool.
The solution(s)
Due to the site being on a battle-axe site and surrounded by many neighbour’s, the solution to the brief meant the home had to be positioned in the center of the site and to surround the home with gardens to private a layered privacy from multiple neighbours.
The feeling
The home feels like you’re in a private sanctuary with interconnected spaces that allow for four family members to have their own privacy but also come together as a close-knit family. The client tells us after building many homes, that this is the one that feels like home.
